We are full swing into summer and enjoying all the warm weather activities. Our garden is producing abundant amounts of leafy greens, and the vegetables will be here soon. Some of our other recent dinners have included grilled chicken with couscous salad, homemade pizza (half pesto and half tomato), and grilled portobello burgers with sweet potatoes and salad.
